Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day is fast approaching when we are asked to express our "gratitude" and remember the ultimate sacrifice many have made to protect our freedoms. The situation in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Middle East and the ongoing violence towards those that don't accept the rule of brutal dictators, is more than is necessary to remember and be grateful. Remember that many knowingly face death on a daily basis in order to break the rule of dictators and gain their freedom for themselves and their loved ones. I'm grateful to live in that part of the world where the weather is "acceptable" and local violence mainly concerns young drug gangs killing one another!


We hope all can at least reflect on what it means to be grateful and to give respect to those who have sacrificed to make our lives better.

GregSon goes to the Annual Unicity Summit in Park City

Hi all, well we are back from the annual Unicity Summit which was held at Park City, Utah. If you recall this is where the Skiing and Snowboarding events for the 2002 Winter Olympics were held. The Summit itself was first class from start to finish. It was great to meet and talk with the Management and Leadership of this premier company. It was great to see that the company is growing quickly as we are now in over 30 countries with more coming soon. Apart from the presenters themselves and the technology used, the highlights were: Introduction of "The Make Life Better TRANSFORMATION", which i can tell you was mind blowing! The TRANSFORMATION experience deals with, Nutrition, Products, Fitness, Coaching, and Support. The Coaching and Support are two huge benefits. Awesome Scary and a new feeling of Gratitude all the way from Japan

"Awesome and Scary", while doing a video call on Skype with my son in Nagoya, Japan a 6.8 magnitude earthquake hits near Mt. Fuji. His 30th floor apartment sways as do the draperies and a bathrobe hanging on a door. Glad I live in Edmonton in spite of the Mosquitoes! Speaking of Glad, I have just been re-reading "The Secret", where it espouses that expressing "gratitude" every day as often as you can is imperative in building a positive mentality.

Develop an attitude of Gratitude.

I am so grateful for my family and the way we communicate. If you haven't watched "The Secret" or read the book, I highly recommend doing so.

70 + Senior Male Loses 2 Bra Sizes by exercise and nutrition
